Since 2005, we have worked with a range of youth in the communities that we undertake our farming activities in.
With our prospective expansion plans, we anticipate employing more people in the community to help remedy job shortages and the prevailing low employment situation.

From the inception of SK Essel Farms, we have worked with a majority female driven staff and work force. This is part of our corporate culture aimed at improving gender balance and allowing the women more hands on technical skills.
